I can highly recommend both the campsite and the mobile home we stayed in courtesy of Sunhat France. The correspondence from Liz before we arrived was fantastic. We used the airport transfer service and this was stress free and gave Liz the chance to tell us about the area, campsite etc. which was helpful. The mobile was clean and tidy. We had the linen/towel pack which saved on luggage and there were plenty of towels. The cot and highchair were clean.
The campsite was fantastic, brilliant pool and play area for the kids which is near the bar/restaurant and is enclosed so no chance of kids escaping (although the gate did need repairing). The food was lovely in the restaurant and very good value.
The area is also beautiful. Biot is a 10 minute walk (although only partially paved so a little tricky with a buggy & the hill is steep to get to the old town but didn’t put us off). The old town is attractive and has nice bars/restaurants but quite expensive for food. The bus stops outside the campsite and we went to Antibes and Valbonne comfortably. We took the train to Monaco (45 mins away) the station is within walking distance of the campsite but you can park on a side street near the station for free if necessary.
We took a car trip to St Paul De Vence (20 mins away) and worth a visit, Grasse (40 mins away) and Nice (20 mins away).
There are many supermarkets close by. The campsite has a small shop and you can get bread and croissants etc every morning which we did.
Finally weather wise – we had 1 day when it rained heavily all morning and we had thunder and lighting and couldn’t go out but by the afternoon you wouldn’t know it had happened, most days were lovely and hot and sunny.
